Ingredients
1 pack fresh udon noodles (2 8 oz pkg)
1 pack chicken leg and slice it into small pieces
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
1 Green/ Yellow/ Red Pepper
Instructions
Marinate your sliced chicken with the sauces and leave it for 30 mins
Cook the udon for 2 mins
Slice peppers
Fried the peppers
Fried the chickens
Add udon
Ready to serve!
