You are what you drink

You know we eat a lot and we inhale good food all the time. Sometimes we get upset stomach and food allergies and these great protein powder truly improves our digestion!  Below is a simple recipe of making healthy mixed berries smoothie we wanted to share with you all!

To make a cup:  Put 1 cup of milk, strawberries, raspberries and a few blueberries, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/4 tsp honey and 1 tsp of Halo power from SWHEY
