The newly opened brunch restaurant inside the Madang Mall in Koreatown is set to become one of the hottest restaurants. Started by the same owners as the famous Kang Ho Dong Baekjong, KLAT serves crazy good ribeye kimchi fried rice. It’s also a great place to spend a leisurely afternoon, sipping on a cup of high-quality coffee!

3.Yup Dduk LA

If you are looking for the most delicious Korean spicy rice cakes, we would definitely recommend this place.They have three levels of spicy for their rice cakes: mild, original and challenge. Think twice before ordering anything above mild, though, because even the mild is still very spicy – unless you and your friends are up for the challenge (pun intended) that is. Don’t forget to check in on Yelp for a free mini smoothie. You will need it to calm your taste buds from the spicy overload.

4. 77 Kentucky

Those who know us well know that we are a big fan of fried chicken. This is one of the hottest new fried chicken joint in town and they make their fried chicken to absolute crispy, succulent and juicy perfection. Add in the fact that they serve beer, and it makes for a perfect place to hang out with your friends on Friday/Saturday nights.

5. Highland Park Bowl

Looking for a place to eat and play games with your friends? Look no further than Highland Park Bowl located in Highland Park! 1933 Group – the ones behind many of LA’s hippest bars – spent over $2 million to restore the bowling alley to its 1927 vintage glory. There are eight bowling lanes and each lane accommodates up to six bowlers. Don’t forget to order some delicious neopolitan pizza and drinks while you’re there!
